2026 Award for Excellence in Detergent Chemistry for Dr. Marius Enstrup
Dr. Marius Enstrup, former doctoral researcher at ICVT, receives the 2026 Award for Excellence in Detergent Chemistry for his dissertation on electrochemical bleach generation in washing machines.
Dr. Marius Enstrup, a former doctoral researcher at the Institute of Chemical and Electrochemical Process Engineering (ICVT), has received the 2026 Award for Excellence in Detergent Chemistry from the Detergent Chemistry Division of the German Chemical Society (GDCh).
The award, worth €3,000, recognizes his doctoral dissertation, “Electrochemical Bleach Generation in Washing Machines,” which was carried out in collaboration with Miele. The award ceremony took place during the SEPAWA Congress 2027 in Berlin.
